The Opportunity As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be a trusted liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians—ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience at every interaction. This role is ideal for a seasoned CSA with RIA experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and people-focused environment. What You’ll Do + Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, transactions, and inquiries. + Prepare, process, and track account paperwork (openings, transfers, contributions/distributions, maintenance). + Partner with advisors to prepare for and follow up on client meetings. + Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. + Maintain meticulous and compliant client records. + Proactively suggest ways to improve processes and client experience. + Assist with ad-hoc projects, including compliance, reporting, and operations improvements.
