Client Service Associate
Description A client-focused financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its team. This full-time role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Position Overview The Client Services Associate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day account servicing and ensuring smooth and timely execution of client requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client care. Key Responsibilities + Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and thoughtful service + Manage client onboarding, account setup, and education on digital tools + Process account transactions including openings, closings, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals + Handle money movement requests (e.g., wires, checks, ACHs, RMDs) and monitor custodian alerts + Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support client meeting scheduling + Collaborate with advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-through on client needs + Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed Excited about this opportunity? Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field + 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within the financial services industry + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and portfolio management software preferred + Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or TD Ameritrade is a plus Key Attributes + High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment + Adaptable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Excited about this role?
