Description A client-focused financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its team. Position Overview The Client Services Associate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day account servicing and ensuring smooth and timely execution of client requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client care. Key Responsibilities + Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and thoughtful service + Manage client onboarding, account setup, and education on digital tools + Process account transactions including openings, closings, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals + Handle money movement requests (e.g., wires, checks, ACHs, RMDs) and monitor custodian alerts + Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support client meeting scheduling + Collaborate with advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-through on client needs + Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed Excited about this opportunity?
