Overview:
A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its growing team. With a strong foundation built on over 15 years of advisory experience, the firm offers a people-first culture and a highly personalized approach to financial planning. The team serves a stable, referral-based client base and is committed to delivering exceptional service and long-term financial guidance.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs
+ Assist clients with beneficiary updates, wire transfers, and rollover requests
+ Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
+ Process client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account updates
+ Maintain accurate client records using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
+ Collaborate with financial advisors to align service with client financial plans
+ Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on pending requests
+ Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and presentations
+ Ensure confidentiality and security of client information
+ Provide general administrative support to the advisory team
Preferred Skills:
+ Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management firm
+ Working knowledge of financial products and services
+ Licenses such as Series 7 and 66 are a plus but not required

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Minimum of 2 years of client service experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management
+ Familiarity with broker-dealer platforms (experience with LPL is a plus)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Good demeanor and ability to interact with high-net-worth clients
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests
+ Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and client-first service
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies
