Client Service Associate
M.G. Brown & Associates, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 30 years, is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team in Towson, MD.

We are seeking a talented individual who will step into an instrumental role by providing client relationship support by deepening existing client relationships and providing exceptional service with proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients

Call clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointments

Prepare agendas and forms for appointments

Complete client summary letters following client meetings

Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items

Coordinate client appreciation events for the practice

Answer incoming calls to the office

Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts

Maintain and order office supplies

Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor

Strong organizational and computer skills

Strong work ethic and the highest level of professionalism

Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff

Effective and efficient time management

Polite and clear phone manner

Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor’s practice

Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

Education and other requirements:

Associate degree or higher

3+ years of similar experience

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $48,000 - $65,000 / year
