Position Summary
The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering high-touch service to our clients. Working alongside experienced Wealth Advisors, this role acts as a central point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal teams and third-party custodians to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will possess a service mindset, attention to detail, and a strong desire to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors in managing high-net-worth client relationships
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests
+ Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s needs, preferences, and objectives to ensure personalized service
+ Coordinate client meetings, prepare reports, and assist in the development of financial planning materials
+ Update and manage client data in financial planning tools and CRM systems
+ Prepare and process new account paperwork and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
+ Assist in transferring funds and securities and tracking transactions using custodian platforms
+ Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
+ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service workflows and support broader firm initiatives
+ Proactively identify service improvements and help resolve client issues efficiently
+ Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold client trust in all matters
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
+ 1–2 years of experience in wealth management or a related financial services role
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
+ Familiarity with investment operations or private investment administration is a plus
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
+ High degree of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
+ Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Tamarac), and custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab Advisor Center) is a plus
