Client Service Associate – Private Bank
Join our high performing team in Brisbane and provide client service and administrative support to a dedicated team of Macquarie Private Bankers. You will become familiar with the Private Bank clients, as well as the process of advising and portfolio construction. You will provide high quality client service and administrative support to our Bankers and clients alike, including answering queries and providing information and working across the broader Banking and Financial services division to enable the resolution of client queries. You will be responsible for ensuring client information is accurate and maintained within our CRM and assist with the preparation of client documentation including Client Service Agreements, Wholesale Client Letters, File Notes, Records of Advice (RoAs). Along with managing the onboarding of new clients, facilitating portfolio implementation, and assisting with ongoing portfolio and client management you will also facilitate all administrative aspects associated with supporting the client relationship.
