Client Service Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Client Service Analyst to support delivery of healthcare data, insights and client engagement activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring high quality data reporting, responding to client queries, supporting analysis and contributing to strong long term client relationships. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities:

Client Management

Act as day to day contact for all clients

Responsible for drafting and sending out all client deliverables communications (e.g. NSA update, ad-hoc reports, CS update, flash report etc) in a timely manner

Maintain all clients’ subscriptions and data platform accesses

Respond and support in client queries, maintain logs and ensure follow through. Monitor and update CSM regularly

Support client meetings, presentation and training sessions

Build strong working relationship to ensure high client satisfaction

Support in data platform training and report readouts

Data Delivery and Quality Assurance

Responsible for all syndicated and adhoc client deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracted reports and datasets

Perform data validation and quality control checks prior to release

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders

Maintain documentation of delivery processes and client requirements

Analysis & Insights

Conduct basic to intermediate data analysis to support client business questions

Prepare charts, dashboards and summaries for client presentation

Support ad-hoc analysis requests from commercial or services team

Translate data findings into clear business implications

Internal Coordination

Work closely with production or offshore or tech teams to manage deliverables or new offerings

Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding actions

Escalate risks or delays appropriately

Support AMs in building effective business relationships with clients

Support internal stakeholders on information/ data needs relating to Singapore/Malaysia

Commercial Support

Identify opportunities to enhance client value and offering usage

Support AM in preparing renewals, adhoc projects or upsell discussions

Contribute ideas to improve service efficiency and client experience 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field

2-3 years experience in client servicing, data analytics, healthcare or research industry preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with BI tools.

Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights

Knowledge of database principles would be advantageous

Team player with proactive mindset

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. meticulous, detailed oriented

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Client presentation or training experience
