Client Service AnalystWhat does a successful Client Service Analyst do?
At Fiserv, our commitment to enabling client success is paramount. As a key member of our team, the Client Service Analyst manages day-to-day interactions with a specific client base and interfaces with internal production staff, technology, and other internal teams. The role involves fostering positive relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of assigned work.
What you will do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve basic to moderately complex functional technical and/or operational problems under general supervision.Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and communication throughout the resolution process and oversee interdepartmental coordination for escalated issues.Prepare periodic reports and activity logs on client relationship status, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Participate in release testing and conduct knowledge transfer sessions internally and with clients as needed.Provide after-hours support on a scheduled basis and attend client calls to review outstanding tickets and provide solutions. Be available for on-call duties at least twice a year.Utilize tools and systems provided to complete assigned responsibilities efficiently.What you will need to have:
3+ years of experience in providing service support and managing client accounts.Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical (software, application, operational) problems.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What would be great to have:
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation, research, and analysis.Experience in conducting release testing and hosting knowledge transfer sessions.Familiarity with Fiserv products and services, and ability to provide creative solutions based on industry and product knowledge.Important information about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
