Transform the everyday with us!Our Client Service Administrators (Maintenance Planners) are integral members of our service team and an important foundation to our customers’ service maintenance planning. While this position can be remote, we prefer the person to be based in Buffalo Grove, IL or Austin, TX. As a Client Service Administrator, you will: Review booking packages and plan customers’ service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive servicesDevelop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processesRevise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedulesMaintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsTake direction from Client Service Managers You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or state-recognized GED2+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreementsAbility and willingness to travel up to 10%Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel (advanced skills) and business software systemsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher5+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements in the Building Automation, Fire/Security industry Ready to create your own journey? The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
