Client Service Admin, Geismar Service Center
**A Snapshot of Your Day** Support service center Client Service Managers (CSM) with repair project activities. Activities include but no limited to create shop books, parts orders, vendor requisitions, and client invoices. Work alongside service center team to ensure smooth operations. Customers include oil refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, universities and hospitals. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Provide support to CSMs to streamline repair project activities. Assist with issuing order acknowledgements to clients, creating shopfloor books for repair projects, requesting factory parts quotes and placing orders, making vendor requisitions with supply chain management, and issuing invoice requests for all completed and shipped projects. + Support CSMs with final reports as requested. Follow up on all activities and ensure completion within acceptable timeline. Support shopfloor operations and facility needs by placing requisitions for materials and services needed, tracking purchase orders and delivery dates. + Participate in weekly shopfloor production meetings and in weekly financial project reviews. + Support and maintain Lean implementation projects. Comply with internal quality standards. Other activities may include assisting with safety and quality initiatives at the service center, as well as support Service Center Manager as requested. + Administrative duties may also be requested, such as greeting guests and clients, organizing shop-wide events, participating in improvement projects, keeping conference rooms and client/visitor room fully stocked, and ordering office/shop supplies as needed. + Assist with and support the various safety projects and initiatives within the Service Center; safety is very important to our team – it is everyone’s duty to work safely, report any unsafe conditions or suggestions for improvement to shop leadership. **What You Bring** **Required:** + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum one (1) years’ experience in project management support. Must adapt to fast-paced environment. + Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Teachable attitude, willing to learn. + Humble disposition, able to take constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement + Strong work ethic, pursuing excellence, and a high-quality standard. Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned tasks with limited supervision + A positive, can-do, team player attitude, working well with others. Dependable, able to be at work promptly on time every day, and communicate proactively when emergencies happen.
