We’re hiring for our partner, a well-established manufacturing company serving industrial clients across Eastern Canada.

We’re looking for a Client Representative to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio across the South Shore of Montreal and the Maritime provinces. This is a 100% field-based role suited for someone who is relationship-driven, structured, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients Conduct regular on-site visits across the South Shore and Maritimes Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within current accounts Support clients with order follow-ups, technical needs, or delivery coordination Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics) Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Keep the CRM updated with visit reports, insights, and follow-up actions Provide regular activity reports to management
