As an International Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for operations and service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You’ll play a critical role in the operational success of the International branches, under the guidance of a Branch Manager, who you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. Development and growth are at the core of this role.

 

Within International Services, you have both a clear growth path as well as endless opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your expertise. Although licensing isn’t required for the role, Schwab will support you to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with your career goals. What you have

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Client/Customer Service experience2+ years working with International clientsBi-lingual ability to read, write, and speak fluently required; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with International jurisdictions, Schwab’s Cross-Border Initiatives (CBIT), and/or non-US entity accounts including offshore corporations.Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licensesAbility to handle client needs with tact and diplomacyOutstanding written and oral communication skillsExperience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationshipsBasic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
