Our client, a leading provider in the automotive service equipment industry, is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting the Client Relations team. 

Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Starting pay rate: $19.00 - 21.00+ 
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with attention to detail. Maintain and expand your database of prospects for ongoing relationships. Assist with receptionist duties, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

What's Needed?

2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Processing. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
