About This Role
CAE, the leader in aviation training, is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented, and highly motivated individual for a Client Relationship Representative to join our Client Relationship Team onsite at our Training Center in Dallas, working Tuesday through Saturday.
The Client Relationship Team at CAE Dallas ensures Bombardier clients receive a personalized, seamless training experience. This team builds and maintains trusted relationships, supports the customer experience strategy, and identifies opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through strategic problem-solving.
We’re seeking a Client Relationship Representative who will deliver a smooth, confident journey for our clients—preparing them for the moments that matter.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Critical responsibilities
Welcome and register clients at our training facility
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Prepare client materials (badges, schedules, etc.)
Ensure compliance with TSA and regulatory requirements during check-in
Assist with client issues, schedule changes, and hospitality needs
Support special events and entertainment arrangements for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Manages all aspects of customer training experience
Contacts clients for pre-training introduction
Provides executive level support to clients during their training event
Assists with troubleshooting and provides necessary training materials
Ensure classroom is properly set up and materials are available
Work with third-party suppliers to support client needs
Requirements:
Educational Background
Vocational or technical degree
Job-Related Experience 2 to 4 years in customer service or hospitality
Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Working Conditions
Any undesirable conditions exposed to in the course of duties
Fast-paced aviation training facility with frequent interaction with students, instructors, and staff.
Primarily indoor office environment with occasional exposure to hangar or flight line areas.
Physical Effort
Any physical demands required by the job
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., moving training materials or supplies).
Manual dexterity for computer and phone use.
Clear speech and hearing for effective communication.
