**Description and Requirements**

We’re growing our team and looking for a dedicated **Client Manager** to support and guide our valued large enterprise customers. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering meaningful solutions, and working in a forward-thinking tech company, this role could be a great fit.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Managing relationships with major local and international accounts
+ Archives all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, newpartner recruitment, option sales and development of new KeyAccounts
+ Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownershipand accountability for Key Account that includes complete ownershipof the Sales Process
+ Putting in place processes and procedures to ensure that majoraccounts are handled in the most effective way
+ Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, toone of long-term proactive relationship building
+ Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure theachievement of Lenovo’s Key Account Business growth targets.
+ Ensures that, from an operational perspective, bottom line Profit isdelivered, costs are controlled, and margins are protected andmaintained in-line with corporate objectives
+ Building and delivering a ‘meaningful’ business model that is bothtransparent and robust
+ Implements rigor and discipline around account planning andaccount management
+ Focuses on forecasting and pipeline-management
+ Provide hands-on inspirational leadership to ensure that thebusiness pulls in one direction to achieve targets and goals.
**Who You’ll Work With:**
You’ll report to our local Sales Manager and work closely with a small, supportive, and successful team dedicated to the large enterprise sector. We meet regularly to share insights, plan together, and support each other in reaching our goals.
