Client Relationship Management - Senior Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York City.  This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, supporting their needs and managing projects to completion. You will work closely with both clients and internal colleagues, helping to strengthen account relationships and deliver exceptional service. We will count on you to:

Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients and manage individual projects to completion.Supervise junior colleagues in the completion of projects and work to strengthen and grow account relationships.Develop an understanding of client businesses by conducting research and preparing peer benchmarking studies.Support clients by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, including oversight of reinsurance premium and claim collections, information gathering, and meeting logistics.Participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the company.Lead meetings with clients and colleagues, deliver consulting advice, and address account concerns in a timely manner.

What you need to have:

Experience managing client accounts and projects, with strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to conduct research and data analysis to support client needs and proposal creation.Strong Reinsurance Accounting and Claim knowledge .Familiarity with contract development, compliance standards, and project documentation.Proven ability to collaborate with senior colleagues and product specialists to identify account needs and opportunities.
