Client Relations Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product offerings, quotes, availability, and production timelines to ensure satisfaction and clarity. • Understand and analyze customer needs to provide personalized solutions that align with their goals and business requirements. • Coordinate and schedule meetings with current and prospective customers to foster strong relationships. • Maintain thorough knowledge of product availability, usage, and pricing to confidently address customer questions and provide insightful recommendations. • Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities for expanding new and existing accounts, cultivating long-term partnerships. • Verify technical details with customers and/or regional sales managers, ensuring accurate order entry for seamless processing. • Create detailed production orders based on customer purchase orders and projected usage to align internal teams with customer needs. • Work closely with production staff to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials, maintaining high service standards. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data effectively. • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, including addressing customer complaints and inquiries. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas for data management. • Familiarity with billing functions and account management processes. • Demonstrated ability to assist customers and provide solutions with attention to detail. • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on building relationships. • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
