Job Title: Client Planning Advisor
Location: US or Canada - remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking to recruit a Client Planning Advisor to join our existing Client Planning team on a full-time and permanent basis. This position can be fully remote within the US or Canada however, there will be the expectation of travel to local regional offices for onboarding and associated training.

About the role
As a Client Planning Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of BSI’s audit services by managing the end-to-end scheduling process between our internal auditor pool and client availability. You will liaise with both clients and colleagues to schedule both onsite and remote appointments.

This is an extremely fast-paced environment that requires exceptional customer skills and the ability to plan and prioritize your workload.

Additional responsibilities include:

Liaise with both external clients and internal colleagues via telephone and email.

Schedule client appointments utilizing all available planning tools, including geographical mapping.

Provide short- and long-term planning solutions to support monthly delivery targets and mitigate business risk.

Ensure all administrative tasks and associated bookings are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Negotiate with clients in relation to diary moves to minimize changes and conflicts.

Resolving any instances of customer dissatisfaction.

Respond to inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

3–5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, preferably within a client-facing or service delivery environment.

Strong background in client or stakeholder management, with evidence of resolving issues and building collaborative relationships.

High attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and documentation.

Proficiency in planning and scheduling systems, CRMs, or workflow management platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow) is preferred.

Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese would be desirable.

The salary for this position can range from $53,550.00 - $63,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to geographical location, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
