Client Partner – Strategic Accounts
Location: Montreal, QC
A global IT consulting leader is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead a major enterprise account in Montreal. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives in complex client environments, owns the full P&L, and is accountable for driving growth, delivery success, and executive relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end customer relationship for a high-value account, including P&L accountability, revenue growth, margin improvement, and resource planning. Deliver accurate quarterly projections across financial and operational metrics (revenue, headcount, margin, open roles). Lead strategic governance reviews with customer executives, including C-level stakeholders. Drive account growth through solution expansion, cross-sell initiatives, and increased wallet share. Collaborate across internal functions (delivery, sales, HR, finance, and solutioning) to ensure alignment and execution. Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead solution development and financial modeling, and coordinate proposal quality and presentation. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges and positioning tailored solutions to address business needs. Required Experience: Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with annual consulting revenues exceeding $25M. Demonstrated ability to lead complex stakeholder groups and grow accounts through consultative engagement and solution selling. Strong executive presence and the ability to build lasting relationships at the CxO level. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a data-driven, results-focused approach. Experience leading delivery and account operations in a matrixed global environment. Must be authorized to work in Canada. Nice to Have: Experience managing SAP (ECC or S/4 HANA) programs or engagements. Understanding of digital transformation technologies (e.g., cloud, automation, UI/UX, data platforms). Background in the manufacturing or agriculture sector. Previous consulting experience and/or exposure to product-based sales and partner ecosystems.Note: Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted within two weeks.
