**1. Job description**
The Client Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Manufacturing sector. The role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and delivering value-added solutions by closely collaborating with internal teams.
**2. Key Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
+ Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, solution, delivery teams) to deliver optimal solutions and services to clients.
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Manufacturing sector.
+ Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
+ Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
+ Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations or issues promptly and professionally.
**3.** **Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering and other related majors is preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Client Management in a B2B environment, preferably related to Manufacturing clients.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to deal with customer needs independently, and flexibly respond to market changes.
+ Understanding of ICT infrastructure, Cloud, software, applications, security, and technology solutions is an advantage.
+ Proficiency in English and common office software (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
+ Customer-centric mindset and a proactive attitude.
+ Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities.
