What You Can Expect

As a Client Manager – Global Benefits Management (GBM), you will oversee or support (depending on client size and complexity) the global or regional relationship for a portfolio of multinational clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery against their strategic and tactical goals, focusing on retention, growth, and promoting the MMB value proposition globally.

We Will Count on You To
    •    Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of small to medium-sized GBM clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction (in collaboration with the implementation team)
    •    Provide operational and analytical support for large, complex GBM accounts
    •    Support clients in monitoring their global employee benefit programs by delivering aggregated reporting, enabling governance and consistency aligned with their objectives
    •    Implement and manage global benefits strategies including renewals, pooling, captives, and global insurance programs, in coordination with the specialist Risk Financing Team
    •    Provide coaching and ongoing support to Client Service Managers and local MMB teams to ensure a unified understanding of client needs
    •    Contribute to GBM coordination and support training and development for Client Service Managers
    •    Ensure clients receive timely updates and reporting
    •    Maintain up-to-date records in policy tracking and inventory platforms
    •    Collaborate proactively with internal client teams to ensure consistent service delivery, fulfillment of commitments, and a strong team culture based on shared responsibility
    •    Identify and drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and support GBM growth
    •    Manage escalations at the local and regional level, using JIRA to track and resolve issues while encouraging adoption of JIRA within MMB teams and among Client Service Managers

What You Need to Have
    •    Relevant experience, ideally in a similar role within a large, complex global organization
    •    Strong organizational and coordination skills
    •    Ability to consult on, analyze, and communicate around insured employee benefits
    •    Proven client focus and experience in client-facing roles
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •    Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills
    •    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
