Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking an **Client Liason** to be based in **Los Angeles, CA.** Main responsibilities are, but not limited: + Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives. + Serves as a representative of the organization or in lieu of the executive. + Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and make decisions with discretion. + Performs a variety of complicated tasks. + May direct and lead the work of others. + A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. + Works with highly confidential information. + May make administrative (logistics, travel, scheduling) decisions on behalf of the executive. In addition: + Builds effective relations with key stakeholders and enable effective financial processes are designed and implemented (with respect to expenses of the team) + Effectively manages communication of outputs to key stakeholders, including team meetings, coordination of internal teams + Ensures time management and meeting organization, room requirements, interface with office requirements + Manage expenses / travel arrangements of internal team + Maintain and track on-boarding of individuals + Manage calendars of multiple leads and help prioritize conversations needed to be had **Qualifications** **Minimum requirements:** + High School Diploma + 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Requirements:** + Experience supporting executives + Previous experience with PgM project coordination **Additional Information** Employment Sponsorship is not available for this role Relocation is not available for this role Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
