Client Implementation Specialist

The Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the LTX Trading application as well as the first resource between our clients and a variety of internal teams (ie: Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Infrastructure, Development, Executive Leadership etc.). This is a client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to interact with new and existing clients to explain and manage the implementation, onboarding, and integration of LTX Trading within a clients technology stack. This will include workflow reviews in a UAT environment, translating business requirements into technical documentation, and working with teams internally and externally to ensure complete, accurate, and timely onboardings. You will also be heavily involved in the integration efforts with new and existing partners of LTX (aggregators, OMSs, etc) on behalf of mutual clients. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are a must have.This role requires having FINRA Licenses (Series 7, SIE) so candidates without these licenses will be required to obtain these licenses within the first 6 months of starting in the role. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office3 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remote 2 days a week. Role Responsibilities + Guide new customer accounts to a successful go-live on the LTX Trading application while effectively building relationships with client stakeholders. + Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, including FIX and API based workflows. + Onboard new end users on a credit desk to an e-trading system. + Work with client integration and deployment teams to ensure all InfoSec and security requirements are satisfied. + Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product improvements with efficient collaboration. + Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing requirements internally and externally. + At times, lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client end users Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or related field. + 25 years of experience in software implementation, project management, client services, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry. + Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, execution, regulatory reporting, and trade compliance. + Familiarity with market structure and trading technology for fixed income and credit markets + Strong technical skills with an eagerness to learn in a coachable capacity. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced & high stakes e-trading environment + FINRA Licensed (Series 7 & SIE) - must obtain within first 6 months if not already licensed + Experience working at an e-trading platform in any asset class, preferably fixed income. + Experience working with systems including Salesforce, Splunk, Bloomberg, JIRA, Power BI, Microsoft Office, etc. + Experience showcasing that youve learned a new financial technology in a previous role. Salary range $95,000- $100,000. Bonus Eligible.
