Client Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Experience Specialist to support the execution and continuous improvement of our multi-channel client lifecycle communications and engagement initiatives across our veterinary hospital network. This role will be instrumental in building, deploying, and optimizing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), personalizing experiences via our Customer Data Platform (CDP), and ensuring brand consistency through all stages of the client journey. You’ll partner closely with marketing, operations, and commercial stakeholders to improve retention, compliance, and loyalty through meaningful, data-driven experiences. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute email, SMS, and dynamic content campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder. Assist in deploying lifecycle journeys (e.g., new client onboarding, wellness, reactivation, loyalty) and trigger-based communications. Collaborate with specialty hospital teams to support B2B communications to referring veterinarians. Support segmentation and personalization efforts using our CDP, leveraging pet, client, and behavioral data. Manage content libraries and version control across campaigns to ensure personalization without redundancy. Tag, QA, and organize creative assets using content selection attributes and asset classes within SFMC. Collaborate with commercial teams to support vendor-funded spotlight placements and targeted promotions. Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and engagement trends. Support rollout of client preference center, data capture strategy and loyalty programs. Maintain documentation of workflows, QA processes, naming conventions, and content libraries. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or email operations, ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required). Strong understanding of journey design, dynamic content, content selection, and personalization logic. Experience with leveraging audience segmentation in multi-channel campaigns. Experience with A/B testing, performance reporting, and campaign optimization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and technical teams. Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site business environments is a plus.
