Labcorp is seeking a Client Experience Project Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Collecting, organizing, and trending client-specific data.Communicating directly with clients to address issues, concerns, and present data.Performs research and evaluation of complex projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify and measure process methodologies, financial implications, and/or technical applications.Make recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processesInvestigate and troubleshooting issues and identify root causeWork in multiple databases to research complex issues and questionsDirect communication with Clients on strategies for problem resolutionHandle problem recording, resolution and trackingInquire, clarify, and confirm requirements and understanding of the solutionAdditional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School

Preferred Qualifications: 

SQL experienceProject management experience Hospital or reference lab experience Leadership experience

Ability to work PST hoursThe ability to integrate data feeds into their systems, use query toolsAbility to triage/prioritize workload and escalate appropriately when needed and multi-task while staying organizedAbility to communicate effectively and work closely with Internal or External Clients including creating and presenting PowerPoint and other types of presentationsAbility to relate professionally with people, facilitate group interactions, and mediate conflictsAbility to Create, review, analyze and report out on performance metrics for large client baseExcellent communication skillsExcellent analytical abilityOutstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholdersPrevious Experience with Labcorp in Sales or Client or Patient Facing Departmental Operations preferredProcess Improvement experience preferred

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior experience, applicable degree/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
