Client Experience Program Manager

**Introduction**
Think and our Tier One events are one of our most important and productive marketing activities, playing a central role in positioning IBM and driving pipeline and revenue. The Client Experience Program Manager is essential for ensuring the successful execution of our strategic objectives at these events - ensuring IBM delivers the right content to the right audience with the most compelling experiences, while optimizing ROI on some of our most important marketing investments.
**Your role and responsibilities**
The client experience program manager is primarily responsible for:
* Coordinating programming and experiences across Think flagship and ‘Think on Tour’ events, in additional to other strategic IBM tier one events.
* Working collaboratively across marketing teams to align strategic objectives, design principles, event milestones and deadlines, and stakeholder requests to drive timely delivery of key Think objectives.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with a special focus on managing, moving, and meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication skills; being able to pull together diverse data and information into distilled clear, relevant, and direct messages - especially for a diverse array of internal stakeholders
* The ability to marry strategical planning for our Think content and experience with effective execution across multiple teams
* The ability to drive work forward while working with ambiguity and a diverse set of stakeholder requests
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Strong stakeholder management abilities
* Strong presentation skills (both in building and presenting for executivies)
* Strong attention to details (and judgement around which details matter)
