Client Experience Coordinator
Description A client-focused financial services firm is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support its advisory team and enhance the overall client experience. This full-time role is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Position Overview The Client Experience Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions and supporting internal operations. This individual will manage client scheduling, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the planning and execution of client and team events. Key Responsibilities + Schedule and manage client meetings proactively + Maintain written procedures and update CRM systems with client preferences + Provide administrative support to advisors and assist with executive-level projects + Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth + Coordinate refreshments, mail distribution, and office supplies + Support client engagement activities such as sending cards, gifts, and planning events + Assist with internal team lunches and meetings + Answer and direct phone calls appropriately Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in an administrative or client service role + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Experience in event planning and CRM/document management systems a plus + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) + Familiarity with financial custodial platforms is beneficial Key Attributes + High integrity and initiative in client interactions + Professional demeanor and appearance + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent verbal and written communication + Ability to work independently and collaboratively + Adaptable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service + Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
