Client Executive II

We seek a Client Executive to serve as a strategic business partner within our Banking & Financial Services customer’s executive suite. This individual will focus on driving discussions, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-add business outcomes across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate has strong IT, Client Executive/Client Partner experience and established relationships within the Banking or Financial Services sector. They must leverage industry expertise to provide insights, articulate solutions, and drive measurable business success across multiple lines of business, including Retail & Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, and Capital Markets.
This role requires leadership across a matrixed team of subject matter experts, covering Applications, Business Consulting, Digital, System Integration & Infrastructure, Cloud & Security. The right candidate will demonstrate how our solutions reduce IT complexity, integrate business strategy with enabling technologies, and optimize processes to deliver targeted business results.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive revenue and profitability, managing P&L across multiple deal structures within Banking & Financial Services domains.
+ Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, influencing strategic decisions across their business enterprises.
+ Utilize a consultative proposal process and customer account plan, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
+ Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Business Consultants, and Solution Architects to maximize customer engagement and growth.
+ Apply deep knowledge of delivery models, IT methodologies, and performance management tools, such as scorecards and SLAs.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of IT Services/Consulting experience across a portfolio including Applications, BPO, Digital Transformation, Advisory Consulting, and Infrastructure, Cloud & Security.
+ 8+ years of leadership experience, directing customer engagement, business forecasting, and financial (P&L) management of a $10M+ book of business.
+ 5+ years of industry experience leading Banking & Financial Services engagements.
+ Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
+ MBA or prior Consulting Practice experience is a plus.
