Client Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh UAE. This role will be based in Dubai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships to ensure high retention rates. Focusing on identifying opportunities for new business, aligning solutions with client needs, and managing a portfolio of clients within the insurance and brokerage sector to drive growth and value.

We will count on you to:

Serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implement action plans, monitor progress, assure service meets or exceeds expectations and protect the Firm from Errors & Omissions.Draft essential comprehensive project documents intended for clients including: white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses or general presentations on new subjects or opportunities to support the creation of sales opportunities and account backing.Conduct research on various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.Address escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, help manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks, and apply judgement as to when to escalate key issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance.Offer technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.

What you need to have: 

3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance and brokerage industry.Relationship management skills.Strong analytical skills.
