Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference. **Your role and responsibilities** As an IBM Client Engineering Solution Architect, you will be part of a cross-functional team that delivers a unique client co-creation experience to accelerate client transformation. You will co-create with clients to develop integrated solutions that address their business needs while driving the consumption of IBM Technologies and Services. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Solution Development: As the technical lead, lead all aspects of the integrated solution from identification of requirements to technical decisions impacting the business outcome, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and drive business results. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Collaborate with members of the client and IBM teams to define and execute proofs of concept and Minimum Viable Solutions (MVS), combining contemporary skills with deep industry expertise and an understanding of the client's business. • Develop Frameworks and Solutions: Develop frameworks and integrated solutions that address client business needs, leveraging Cloud, AI/ML, Data Fabric, Automation and Infrastructure skills. • Co-Create with Clients: Co-create with clients as the new norm, understanding their business needs and developing solutions that drive their transformation. • Execute Proofs of Concept: Execute time-boxed (usually 3-6 week) proofs of concept and MVS as the technical lead, working closely with clients and IBM teams to validate solutions and drive business outcomes including MVS deployment. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Minimum 7 years of experience • Cloud, AI, and Analytics Skills: Experience with contemporary Cloud, AI, and Analytics technologies, including their application in integrated solutions that drive business outcomes. • Industry Expertise: Experience in deep industry expertise, with an understanding of the client's business needs and the ability to develop solutions that address those needs. • Solution Development: Experience with leading all aspects of integrated solution development, from identification of requirements to technical decisions impacting the business outcome. • Technical Collaboration: Experience with collaborating with technical teams to define and execute proofs of concept and Minimum Viable Solutions (MVS). • Integrated Solution Design: Experience with developing frameworks and integrated solutions that leverage Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Infrastructure skills to address client business needs. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Contemporary Technology Skills: Experience with emerging technologies and trends in Cloud, AI, and Analytics, with the ability to apply them in innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. • Industry Thought Leadership: Experience in developing and sharing industry-specific insights and expertise, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to inform solution development and drive client transformation. • Agile Solution Development: Experience with agile methodologies and iterative solution development, with the ability to adapt and evolve solutions based on changing client needs and emerging technologies.
