Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Client Engagement Manager you will play a major role in influencing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Lead Management, Marketing and Business Development teams to generate new business opportunities via inbound and outbound activities.

Your main area of focus will be outbound engagements, using multiple channels targeting appropriate executives within Mid-Market and Enterprise predefined accounts. The goal will be to build a complete picture of our target clients and support the building of a high-quality pipeline of leads and new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution:

Management of all inbound sales inquiries to qualify, distribute to Business Development team and provide feedback to Marketing.Integrate personal sales efforts with supporting the activation of marketing campaigns with activity such as social media, email, and phone.Working your own defined list of target accounts generate engagement with the aim of scheduling meetings for Business Development team by:Research and planning target accounts.Identify contacts to ensure outreach to correct decision makers.Demonstrating an understanding of our products and solutions to ensure credibility.Connect on the phone, via email, LinkedIn and other social media channels.Deploy established sales methodologies to push beyond gatekeepers, reaching and providing information to the right people at the right time in the right way.Maintain regular contact and build relationship with prospects by sharing content, inviting to events, having regular catch-up calls and interaction on LinkedIn (nurturing leads).Finding the problems and opportunities associated with each account to enable Business Development to be as effective as quickly as possible.Work closely with Business Development team to ensure smooth handoff and a good experience for our future customers.Create innovative ways to drive lead generation and get to target people quicker.Develop and maintain accurate activity reporting and effectively maintaining a CRM with detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.Maintain appropriate knowledge of competition and marketplace activity, reporting back any trends or developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

6-10 years of experience in presales and workforce management industry experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience selling to HR and/or Procurement departments is essential

Detail-oriented, self-disciplined with strong time management and organisational skills.

A positive, high energy attitude that is looking to grow within the business

Natural communicator with excellent telephone manners, good writing skills and strong influencing skills.

Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and to develop strong relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating results and increasing engagement.

Ability to perform independently in addition to collaborating within a team environment.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Ability to learn and clearly articulate value proposition.

Technical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
