+ Key leadership role within the Global & Corporate segment + Lead talent development and drive growth within the large and complex client sector + Chance to lead and mentor a high performing team Client Director, Global & Corporate - Victoria The Global & Corporate segment specialises in the provision of Aon client service delivery to large and complex clients, generally serving the top 500 public and private companies in Australia. As a Client Director you will be accountable for leadership and oversight across the client service life cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration, proactive communication, and best-in-class client outcomes. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Melbourne office. What the day will look like The individual will be a senior decision maker within the Global & Corporate segment. Key responsibilities will include: + Leading, mentoring and sharing expertise with less experienced team members + Managing, growing and retaining a portfolio of key corporate clients + Driving innovation through understanding current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics + Identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are continually exceeded + Designing and executing targeted sales strategies in conjunction with segment leadership to ensure profitable growth + Mobilising resources from the Aon network to deliver on client commitments + Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business Skills and experience that will lead to success + Proven leadership, people development and team building/recruitment success + Strong communication both written and verbal + Excellent networking and relationship management skills + Ability to manage both upwards and downwards, influencing and engaging with significant internal and external stakeholders + Strong negotiating and influencing skills + Ability to work effectively within a team environment + Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders + Skilled in strategic account planning, risk negotiation, and commercial/contractual management + Attention to detail, organisational agility, and the ability to manage competing priorities + Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through expertise and innovation + Self-disciplined and organized with a motivation to work to tight deadlines + Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions + Experience in contributing to business development initiatives How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
