Client Coordinator
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Medical Records Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Contract to hire Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming medical review cases. You will extract relevant data from submitted forms and accurately enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel to support the next stage of case review. Key Responsibilities + Receive and log incoming medical review cases. + Extract and input data into Microsoft Word and Excel documents. + Format documents, insert tables, and convert files to PDF as needed. + Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive medical information. + Ensure timely and thorough processing of all assigned cases. Required Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. + Ability to insert tables, format documents, and use basic Excel functions (e.g., insert columns, pivot tables). + Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of data privacy. + Excellent organizational and administrative support skills. Preferred Attributes + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. + Accurate and thorough in completing tasks. + Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
