This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You’ll Do:** + Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables provided by team. Examples include market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications. + Study fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and or client-specific processes. + Present research on industry best practice and benchmarks to the client and develop strategic real estate plans. + Work with cross functional internal teams to meet the business unit’s real estate requirements. Suggest initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio. Aid with real estate-related communications for senior client representatives. + Develop reports to encourage optimization across many activities. Examples include organizational design, process improvement, and management practices. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license, as required by the State. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Consultant position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the_ _Client Consulting Consultant_ _position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
