Client Concierge
ArkWise Wealth, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial in Charlottesville, VA seeks a part-time Client Concierge to join our team by December 2025.
Our Core Purpose is: Helping clients align their resources with their purpose to inspire generous living. We recruit, retain, and reward our team members based on our Core Values:
1. People First: We see one another as people, not as objects. We grieve together, celebrate together, serve together, and cheer one another on.
2. Batteries Included, Fully Charged: We are proactive team players who take initiative to solve problems and bring our best energy to every situation.
3. Accountable Always, No Excuses: If we become aware of an issue, we take responsibility, apologize, and make it right -- regardless of whether anyone would ever know.
4. Growth Mindset: We intentionally push ourselves to achieve greater impact.
5. Live and Speak Gratitude: We focus on the positive and cultivate thankful hearts.

We serve clients in 20+ states, focused on philanthropic planning and family harmony. We have the privilege of serving legacy-focused multi-generational families for whom passing on values is as important as passing on valuables. Our anchor clients are responsible, advice receptive, tax aware, and impact focused. Headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, home of the University of Virginia, we have developed a niche among professors at a “Public Ivy” who invest deeply – time, talent, and resources – in civic service, tech transfer, and philanthropy.
We deliver a unique blend of 3 core services to our clients:
1. Wise Life Stewardship: We listen to your story and find your why.
2. Multi-generational planning: We foster generosity and family harmony.
3. Relentless service: We help guide full implementation of your decisions.
We are honored to be the trusted partner of non-profit organizations and churches who recognize the needs of their legacy-focused, generous board members and donors. We provide interactive seminars that identify unresolved estate issues and uncover opportunities for creative generosity – benefiting donors and their chosen causes.
