Client Care Supervisor

We are seeking a Client Care Supervisor  to join our team at our Parkside Recovery Program at 1745 North 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122

 

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Client Care Supervisor will supervise Case Managers and Certified Recovery Specialists.  They will be responsible for ensuring individuals served are having their psycho-social needs meet.  The Client Care Supervisor will maintain responsibility for facilities and training requirements.  They will collaborate with Clinical, Intake, and Medical.

 

 

General Duties Responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for developing and maintaining quality Case Management and CRS services. Supervision of assigned staff on a weekly basis while working on their professional development. Facilitating weekly team meetings. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and problem solve. Knowledge of an ability to link individuals to requested and appropriate services included but not limited to housing, supportive services, medical care, and higher levels of care. Assisting in the planning, development, and operation of Case Management and CRS services Ability to collect and interpret Case Management data and present to Program management on a regular basis. Maintain training files for all employees in the Merakey Learning Management System and ensuring adherence to program, federal, state, and local regulations. Facilitate trainings as needed and as directed for Merakey staff. Reconcile and approve timecards of assigned staff. Assist with hiring and orientation of new hires assigned under departments oversees. Complete Performance Evals at 6 months (for new hires) and then yearly on anniversary. Other duties as assigned.

 

Earn $29.32 per hour.
