What You’ll Do

Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a focus on providing exceptional client service. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client education regarding our Fear Free protocols. Maintain accurate records and manage client files in our practice management system. Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

A friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for client care. Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or healthcare is a plus. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task effectively. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
