Description We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. In this Contract- position, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating care services. Responsibilities: • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. • Collect and update accurate medical and personal information for client files, ensuring all data is handled with confidentiality. • Match clients with appropriate caregivers, taking into account individual needs and preferences. • Coordinate schedules and facilitate communication between clients and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support and addressing any challenges that arise. • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. • Provide empathetic assistance to clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with care and understanding. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting. • Strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage records and maintain confidentiality. • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and detail-oriented demeanor. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and a high level of care.
