Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
Job Description

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communications materials, as well as coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

ResponsibilitiesCollect documentation to complete voucher forms and process brokers' commission payments.Maintain brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce marketing materials.Review marketing material and coordinate the completion of property information packages as a point of contact for various groups.Coordinate the preparation and production of client-specific property packages.Organize sophisticated meetings and conferences.Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, and coordinate meeting room reservations.Update and maintain various information databases.Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with the local centralized marketing group.Explain detailed and complex information, comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos.Write routine reports and communications.Respond to common questions or complaints.Present information to a large group of employees.Essential SkillsCustomer service expertiseProficiency in InDesignExperience in administrative support3+ years of providing administrative support to teams of professionalsBasic financial analysis skillsStrong problem-solving skillsInterpersonal and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diplomaAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferredAbility to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissionsStrong marketing knowledge desirableAbility to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesignPrevious commercial real estate experience would be beneficialWork Environment

This role is in-person with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
