Description We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will support a dynamic industrial team by managing client contracts, marketing initiatives, and various administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for permanent employment. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the industrial team to manage landlord and occupier leasing projects. • Create and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign to support client needs. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract management and administrative tasks. • Provide day-to-day support to brokers and team members, addressing their operational requirements. • Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes. • Maintain organized records and documentation for client contracts and marketing initiatives. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Assist in the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction. • Handle multiple tasks independently while maintaining a high level of detail and quality. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices. • Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
