Client Care Administrator
Eye Vet is a dedicated ophthalmology referral practice, providing outstanding care for pets with eye conditions. We are passionate about delivering an excellent experience for both clients and their pets, and we are now looking for warm, organised, and proactive individual to join our Client Care Team on a 6-month fixed term contract (maternity cover). . This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. As part of our Client Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and referring vets. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: + Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone + Managing appointments and diary scheduling + Supporting clients through their referral journey with empathy and clarity + Liaising with our clinical team to ensure smooth communication and seamless patient care + Handling administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. We're conveniently located just off the M56 and close to Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales. Our close-knit team of veterinary ophthalmologists, nurses, anesthetists and client care are passionate about the ophthalmic treatment we provide, and we benefit from multi-disciplinary support from nearby Northwest Veterinary Specialists and the Liverpool University small animal teaching hospital. As well as treating patients referred by primary-care veterinary practices all over the North West of England and North Wales, we also treat a variety of animals off-site, including Chester Zoo. Our ophthalmologists share their expertise through clinical teaching and placements for final year students from the university.
