Client Business Executive

In this role, you will lead contracting processes to ensure alignment of both ADP’s and client’s needs and expectations with contract deliverables while expediting the time to contract execution. You will represent the ADP as the business decision-maker during the contracting process, driving a "WOW" experience both internally and for our clients by exceeding expectations, adapting quickly, and addressing changing needs in thoughtful and innovative ways.

No two days are the same. You will own the contract negotiation process end-to-end, negotiating all commercial terms while partnering with legal resources on matters that are legal in nature. From contract drafting to contract execution, you'll spend your days tailoring client-facing documentation—including contracts and related appendices such as pricing, service definitions, and service level agreements—while managing defined timelines and communications with internal partners.

To thrive in this contract negotiation role, you'll need strong business and financial acumen, along with the ability to engage and communicate at executive levels. You'll also need experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to address business issues and coordinate internal agreement on negotiation points. Our best negotiators are resilient, analytical problem-solvers who exercise sound business judgment and take genuine interest in client relationships—not just transactions.
