Client Advisor – PEMA Specialty
 

We’re looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join our Marsh Italy PEMA (Private Equity, Merger & Acquisition) Specialty on Milan office.
 

The selected candidate will become part of our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) team, providing consulting to investment funds and companies on insurance solutions for M&A, risk due diligence and insurance policies. The role will offer immediate exposure to high-level clients and excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.
 

What can you expect:
 

You will be responsible for :

helping clients effectively utilize Transactional Risk solutions;

providing clients consulting for M&A transactions to achieve the team's commercial objectives;

managing, developing and expanding relationships within the private equity community in Italy, contributing to the growth of Marsh's traditional business with companies in the portfolios of these funds;

coordinating services provided by other Specialties within Marsh, acting as a link with PEMA professionals both domestically and globally.

Requirements:

at least 2/3 years of professional experience;

knowledge and previous experience in working with private equity clients;

knowledge of due diligence process and warranties and indemnities insurance as well as familiarity with transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements will be an added advantage;

strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

excellent knowledge and fluency (both in written and spoken) in English and Italian.
