Office events, volunteer opportunities, and casual team activities are all part of the experience. **_A typical day as an Client Accounting Services Intern might include the following:_** + Assist staff in working with clients to assess general accounting needs. + Support the preparation of reports, returns and other documents as required, including payroll reports, year-end tax forms, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and other reports required by clients. + Prepare accounting-related reports through a paperless environment. + Assist in the completion of the month-end process for clients. + Properly code and complete data entry of bank statement and other bookkeeping transactions. + Provide backup support as needed to other accounting services personnel and their clients. **_Who You Are_** + You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes and traveling to different locations to help clients (10-40% travel may be required in audit intern the role). + You like the challenge of working on audit engagements and helping clients succeed. + You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet. + You have interest in a variety of industries. + You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality. + In addition to all of this, you are working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are on track to sit for your CPA license. _Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship._ _Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay.
