In this role, you will: + Manage and support a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts + Build and maintain long‑term client relationships + Enter and review orders for accuracy and timelines + Prepare quotes and support customer projects + Troubleshoot customer needs and coordinate with internal teams + Handle 75–100 emails & ~10 calls daily + Navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Communicate updates professionally — including when delivering tough news Every day brings variety, problem‑solving, and opportunities to make a real impact.
