Job Summary:
In this role, as the Client Access Representative, you will be responsible for performing complex/multiple clerical support functions within clinician office practices having a high volume of public contact with clients/patients. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding the department goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries, resolving issues, and directing requests to appropriate teams.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate benefits, features, and usage to clients.
Onboarding: Guide new clients through initial setup, configuration, and implementation processes.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address client complaints promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved issues to management if necessary.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline internal procedures, enhancing overall efficiency and client experiences.
Feedback Collection: Gather valuable insights from clients regarding their experiences, relaying suggestions for improvement to internal teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional departments (e.g., marketing, engineering) to align on client expectations and project progress.
Reporting: Monitor and analyze client data, generating reports to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Training: Stay current with industry developments and best practices, educating both clients and colleagues accordingly.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven experience as a front desk representative, or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and people skills
Good Organization and multitasking abilities
