Job Description
The CLIA Lab Technician will collaborate with General and Technical teams to achieve department goals and initiatives. The role requires proactive task completion and reporting issues to the General team leader as needed. Additionally, the technician will engage in routine laboratory cleaning as per established SOPs, and must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities. Duties will be performed under supervision, with expectations for timely and quality completion.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sample accession, testing, and reporting.Perform routine proficiency testing.Conduct operational qualification on instruments.Adhere to all laboratory policies and procedures.Essential SkillsExperience with CLIA, Q-PCR, Real Time PCR, LIMS, and Liquid Handling.Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification.Work Environment
The position is based in a CLIA testing laboratory. The role is open for a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. The company offers long tenure and great benefits upon hiring, with holiday pay available to contractors. There is a culture of promoting from within.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
