Juarez.** **Purpose:** Applies developing knowledge of Quality Control requirements to execute tasks and support organizational objectives. Performs and tracks sample receipt, management of reagents and supplies, and general housekeeping. Tests samples of finished goods under limited supervision. Participates in implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects with limited supervision. Follows formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and implements risk mitigations and process improvements with limited support. Assists other team members in executing tasks that are both routine and complex. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team. **You will be responsible for** **:** + Educate, train, and provide support consultation with defect tracking system or complaint /product evaluation management system (Siebel). + Help maintain a document retention system for the Juarez facility. + Support records management archiving and controlling documents, such as DHR scanning, record archival, etc. + Maintain accurate and precise documentation of their daily and weekly activity sheets. + Oversees the product evaluations and NCR/CAPA assignments made by WWQC to the Juarez sites: + Support NC/CAPA site leader preparing track and trending information, as required. + Generates reports –as required- for product evaluation status to site management. + Supports NC/CAPA site leader and/or Product Quality Leader providing awareness to manufacturing line associates on findings from products evaluations. + Support training for new users on ETQ System for NC/CAPA process as required. + Requests quotations to suppliers and generate purchase orders as required + Assists in the implementation of company systems improvements as required. + Provide support during External and Internal Audits (e.g.: document retrieval, consultation, etc.) + Maintain knowledge of all procedures, change to specification and new regulations related to their areas of responsibilities. + Participates in safety initiatives within the facility. + Be aware of and comply with Company’s safety policies. + Ensure proper safety and environmental procedures and practices are utilized. + Participates on departmental and company continuous improvement activities + Create and send COA’s by request. + Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level + Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable. + For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all + Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable + Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and + Company regulations, policies, and procedures + Performs other duties assigned as needed **Qualifications / Requirements:** + A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required. + From 4 to 6 years of experience in related fields. + Or currently pursuing an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree with 25% school credits completion (Preferred). + Physical Demands: Normal Office Environment. + Computer Literate: knowledge of Microsoft office and another computer software recommended + LIMS, CHATS and blue hill experience is preferred + Basic math skills + English basic abilities (preferred) + Good interpersonal skills; customer service oriented + Knowledge in Current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO and QSR requirements. + Thorough Knowledge in Computers
