**Position Summary**
Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our factory plays a pivotal role in serving a vast region as we drive the future of pet treat innovation. As a Clerk, you’ll provide support to shippers and receivers to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of all inbound and outbound shipments in our Miami, OK facility. Work collaboratively with factory associates of all levels, external carriers and agencies, visitors, and others to provide general assistance. Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers, truck drivers, and team members as you make a positive impact on the lives of people and pets.
+ Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity
+ Will handle or direct all inquiries and communications at the plant window (in person or phone calls) by following all Safety/Security and Food Safety policies
+ Check drivers in and out, while aiding loaders in locating product
+ Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork
+ Coordinate movement of trailers
+ Actively participate in continuous improvement projects through proactive and reactive efforts including incident/root cause investigation and implementation of corrective/preventive actions pertaining to Q&FS and continuous improvement of plant operations
+ Update all OEE reports using daily DDS reports from each shift. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and may include updating the site monthly scorecard (production and logistics sections)
+ Prioritize and manage workload with various tools
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ 1+ years of warehouse coordinating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or military environment
The hourly pay rate for this position is $18. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
