Job Description About the role Be the liaison between our Enterprise customers and our Cloud Engineers. Solution Architects onboard new customers to ensure that customers are able to install, manage and monitor company platform. Your mission Work with customers to deliver a scalable product by customizing the deployment scripts to fit specific customer infrastructure requirements. Responsibilities You will use your expertise and customer knowledge, to support the engineering team to design and implement, performant, secure, and scalable solutions while building a standard platform. Skills and Requirements Skills & Experience  Collaborate with customers to adapt the cloud architecture to the customer reality while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and customer interactions.  Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.  Comfortable with distributed systems  Data pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance, performance optimization.  Message queues, event-driven architectures, e.g. Kafka, Google pub/sub.  Clouds: managed services, storage.
